Naiz Homes has acquired a plot in the Barrio del AVE district of Zaragoza, next to Delicias station, to develop its first residential project in the city. The transaction, valued at €25.9 million, involves the construction of 234 private homes.
Plot M5, situated next to the Inocencio Jiménez Specialist Centre and with access to Avenida Navarra, has a buildable area of over 31,800 sqm. The planned project includes a 20-storey tower standing 60 metres tall, as well as three other residential blocks.
The acquisition forms part of the urban development around Delicias station and represents one of the latest large-scale land sales in this area of Zaragoza, according to the company.
Enaut Saiz, a partner at Naiz Homes, noted that “the move into Zaragoza represents a strategic step within the company’s growth plan”. The executive added that the city “fits” with the developer’s strategy and linked the project to the urban transformation of the area around Delicias station.
Naiz Homes was founded in September 2024 and had previously focused its activities on residential developments in the Basque Country, Madrid and Andalusia. With this move, the company is expanding its operations to include Zaragoza.
Last May, the company acquired two plots in the La Térmica area of Malaga, where it plans to build around 500 homes as part of a large-scale residential project. The transaction involved a land investment of over €100 million in seafront plots with a buildable area of approximately 60,000 sqm.
