Metrovacesa is expanding its presence in Los Cerros, in south-east Madrid, with a new residential scheme of 115 homes and investment of €27.6 million.
The new phase brings the developer’s first two projects in Los Cerros to 230 homes. Metrovacesa plans to develop around 2,000 homes in the area in several stages, as one of its strategic residential projects in the Madrid region.
The scheme will offer one, two and three-bedroom homes in an eight-storey building. All units will have a terrace or be penthouses, and will include a parking space and storage room. The three-bedroom homes will come in two types, standard and plus.
Communal facilities will include a swimming pool, gym, gastro space, children’s play area and landscaped gardens. There will also be a central square, bicycle parking, a climate shelter, a biodiversity area and spaces for socialising and relaxing.
The design also includes measures to improve energy efficiency and comfort, with particular attention to natural light and the materials used in the homes.
