Metrovacesa has begun marketing the second phase of a residential development in La Alcaidesa, in the municipality of La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz), following the start of construction on the first phase. The project comprises 144 multi-family homes and represents a total investment of more than €54 million.
The first phase, currently under construction, represents an investment of €27.8 million, while the second phase, now on sale, has a budget of €26.9 million, according to the developer.
The development includes two- and three-bedroom homes, with floor areas starting at 135.3 sqm, including terraces and common areas. All units have a parking space and storage room. The residential area is completed with communal areas that include swimming pools, a gym, shared workspaces, children's areas, sports areas and gardens.
The project was designed by the Lahuerta Vázquez-Reina Arquitectura studio and has an A energy rating for both consumption and CO2 emissions. It also has the Green Seal, linked to criteria of efficiency in the use of resources and construction systems.
According to Miguel Fajardo Hermoso, promotions manager of Metrovacesa's Eastern Andalusia branch, the project is part of the company's development activity in Andalusia and the residential development of the La Alcaidesa area.
The development is located in the residential area of La Alcaidesa, between the Costa del Sol and Campo de Gibraltar, where a significant part of the residential growth in the province of Cádiz is concentrated.
