Metrovacesa has begun work on a new residential development in Playa Paraíso, in the municipality of Adeje. The project involves the construction of 138 homes and represents an investment of €55.97 million, according to the company.
The residential complex will consist of one-, two- and three-bedroom multi-family homes, distributed across a five-storey building. All units include a parking space and storage room, and the complex incorporates common areas with a swimming pool and gym.
The development is located about 200 metres from the sea, in the Playa Paraíso area, a residential and tourist area in the south-west of the island. The project was designed by the Makin Molowny Portela Arquitectos studio.
From a technical point of view, the development has an A energy rating, both in terms of consumption and CO2 emissions, and incorporates aerothermal systems for the production of domestic hot water and LED lighting.
The project is part of Metrovacesa's activity in the Canary Islands, where the developer has been present since 2018 and owns land in Tenerife, Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura.
