This project, made up of a hundred houses with between one and four bedrooms, will have its first units delivered this summer.
The Residencial Halia homes, designed by the Andalusian architecture studio HCP, will have sea views and will have common areas equipped with a swimming pool for adults and children, a gym and a spa, as well as children's play areas.
The developer highlights that Torre del Río is one of the sectors with a “growing demand” for new-build homes in Malaga.
Other projects
In this same area, the developer is also developing Málaga Towers, a project that will consist of three buildings and that will involve a total investment of 138 million euros.
Living, the first tower in the Málaga Towers project, was launched last April. This tower will be made up of 71 homes distributed over 21 stories high, it will have a full floor of offices and a commercial premises with views of the sea. The developer expects to complete the works on this tower, whose construction will be carried out by Sacyr, in April 2023 so that the first houses begin to be delivered in the summer of that same year.
Metrovacesa, the largest developer by land portfolio in Spain, has 28 active developments on the Costa del Sol with an offer of nearly 1,200 homes.
The company has a total buildable area of 6 million square meters with the capacity to develop 33,600 homes throughout the country. The gross market value of its assets (GAV) reached 2,724 million euros as of June 2021.
