The property investment fund Maya Capital announced in recent days the acquisition of its first portfolio in Portugal, in a total investment of 65 million euros, which is "the company's biggest acquisition to date".
This set of properties comprises 7 buildings located in prime areas of Lisbon, namely in the parishes of Santo António, Santa Maria Maior and Avenidas Novas. The buildings will be rehabilitated, and Maya Capital will be responsible for their project management.
Maya Capital is headquartered in Lisbon and led by António Pinto de Abreu. It focuses on real estate development of acquired assets and new acquisitions.
