Maslow Capital has granted €44.2 million in funding to Concept Homes to complete the construction of a development comprising 88 homes in Elviria West, a residential expansion area in East Marbella.
The project is spread across 11 buildings and includes 203 parking spaces and 88 storage rooms. Aimed primarily at the high-end second-home market, it will feature swimming pools, a gym, a spa, co-working spaces and landscaped areas.
Designed by Ismael Mérida Arquitectos, the development is set to achieve an A energy rating and will incorporate solar and aerothermal energy systems, as well as a waste management plan during the construction phase.
The developer noted that a significant proportion of demand comes from international buyers, particularly from the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Lithuania, Czech Republic and Italy.
Francisco Conde, Head of Origination in Spain, attributed the interest in the project to the significant role played by foreign demand in Marbella’s residential market.
The transaction expands the firm’s operations in Spain, where it finances property developments through debt structures tailored to projects of varying scales. Since its inception, it has provided more than €10,000 million for property transactions across Europe.
