Lagoom Living has signed a collaboration agreement with Ikea as part of the 'Distrito Universidad' residential development, a project that plans to build 530 social housing units, developed through a public-private partnership model.
Through this agreement, the successful bidders for the homes will be able to access specific conditions for furnishing their homes. Specifically, Ikea will offer a 10% discount on furniture and accessories applicable to a single purchase, with a minimum amount of €390.
The development is progressing with the launch of its first phase, which corresponds to plot R3. This area includes 62 homes of different types: 19 with one bedroom, 9 with three bedrooms and 34 with four bedrooms.
According to information provided by the company, an informative website will soon be launched where interested parties can consult the documentation, terms and conditions and requirements of the allocation process.
It should be noted that in December, Lagoom Living had already announced a very significant investment by promoting Andalusia's largest affordable rental housing project in Seville, with 843 units. For that project, Lagoom will invest €143 million, while considering that €24.4 million result from Next Generation EU funds.
