ZEN is the name of the new residential development in Lisbon, promoted by Kronos Homes, Kronos' residential real estate development brand. The company's fourth residential development in the Lisbon region involves an investment of 65 million euros.
The ZEN project is now starting construction, with 70 apartments already reserved. The prices of the houses vary between 300,000 and 850,000 euros, and the marketing is co-exclusive with Christie’s Front Door and JLL.
With a layout of landscaped blocks, ZEN proposes to reinvent the traditional urban network with 3 blocks of 169 apartments of types T1 to T4, over 7 floors.

Kronos' portfolio of assets represents a potential of more than 1,000 million euros in property sales, mostly located in the Algarve region.
