The developer Kronos closes the acquisition of land to promote new homes; in Madrid, Barcelona, Costa del Sol and Lisbon. In total, the firm led by Saïd Hejal has invested 350 million euros.
The CEO of Kronos explains: “The group will never compete in volumes, but rather in design. Architecture and the creation of new spaces, with sustainability at the forefront, is our goal to lead urban development. We work on projects with the care they deserve and invest up to six months in design in advance, precisely to avoid a standardized product. Our passion is design and that is where we want to continue advancing”.
The company closed last year with a sales turnover of 400 million euros, and expects to close the year 2022 with a portfolio of 15,000 homes and an increase of 100 million euros in its turnover.
The promoter hopes that by the end of the year the price increases in construction will calm down. "We hope that by the end of the year the market will normalize and we have made changes in the contracting method so that it is more phased and thus we do not have to charge this extra cost to the client," says Saïd Hejal.
