KKH Property Investors sells the most expensive flat in Spain. The investment group led by Josep Maria Farré has closed the sale of the penthouse of its project at number 111 Paseo de Gracia in Barcelona for 61,500 euros per square metre.
The property in the Mandarin Oriental Residences complex has a surface area of 650 square metres and has been sold for more than 40 million euros, which gives a figure of 61,500 square metres, according to KKH.
Until now, the most expensive property sold in Spain was a penthouse at number 11 Montalbán Street in Madrid, which was bought at a price of 19,000 euros per square metre, according to El Confidencial. It was a triplex, with 200 square metres of terrace including a swimming pool, which was sold for 14.6 million euros.
In summer 2021, KKH Property Investors began marketing the luxury residential complex it developed in the former Deutsche Bank Tower. Mandarin Oriental Residences consists of a complex of 30 flats and four penthouses. Specifically, the flats have one, two or three bedrooms and a minimum floor area of 120 square metres. The penthouses, on the other hand, measure over 500 square metres.
The development has a gymnasium, wellness centre, business space, gardens and swimming pool. In addition, residents have access to the services and facilities of the Mandarin Oriental hotel.
