The alliance between the two groups is promoting a student residence with 574 beds at number 339 Meridiana Avenue.
The asset, which will add 16,000 square meters, will have 526 rooms and 574 beds. Among the common areas of the complex there will be a gym, leisure spaces, study rooms, a restaurant, a cafeteria and a roof with views.
The property awaits the definitive approval of the Barcelona City Council to begin construction, something that will foreseeably happen in the last quarter of the year. The building, located in the Sant Andreu district, has good metro connections with the center of Barcelona.
Invesco and Urbania have an alliance for the investment of 250 million euros in student residences in Spain with the Syllabus brand. At the moment they have eight projects underway in Spain and another in Portugal, which will add 3,000 beds.
