Inmho and LDC Group have completed their integration and will now operate as a single organisation in Spain and Portugal, led by Antonio Baldellou as CEO. The combined business has 2,500 employees and serves around one million clients.

The organisation manages around 24,000 homeowners’ associations and 11,000 rental homes, 10,800 in Spain and 200 in Portugal. Its activity covers short and long-term lets, as well as holiday rentals.

Both companies will keep their own brands, offices and local teams, while sharing capabilities, technology and projects to capture synergies and support growth. The model aims to combine the scale of an Iberian structure with knowledge of local markets.

In Spain, Inmho has expanded through the integration of Crefincas in Andalusia, Fincas Layes in Catalonia, and Etxaniz, Bardaji and Onlan in the Basque Country. It has also opened new offices in Barcelona and Bilbao and, in September, acquired Tranquiler, taking it past 10,000 rental homes under management.

In Portugal, LDC Group ended the period with 8,500 condominiums under management, after completing more than 70 acquisitions during the year. The integration is part of Portik Group’s growth strategy to expand its scale in the Iberian market and pursue more specialised, technology-driven management.
