Inbisa assures that the decision to sell has been taken within their "asset rotation policy" and "empowerment" of its strategic areas, since the castle is not part of its core business, which currently "focuses on the development of residential, industrial-logistics and tertiary promotions ", they explain.
Since its acquisition in 2005, the real estate agency has prioritized the conservation of this building and its natural environment, counting, at all times, with the collaboration of technical specialists in different areas. Hence, until now they have not wanted to sell despite having received several purchase proposals in recent years.
"We have not wanted to take the step of its sale until we find some buyers who have committed to an adequate conservation of this historical and unique property in Spain. Its new owners have valued its attractiveness, the richness and diversity of the gardens and tree species of its environment, its unique construction and history and, as we have been able to verify, they intend to restore it, respecting and protecting its historical character at all times ", argue from Inbisa.
