The Basque developer has acquired a finalist plot of 14,000 sqm in Granollers (Barcelona), where it plans to build 173 homes spread over two buildings, in addition to two commercial premises.
Once the works on the new residential complex, located next to the El Congost municipal pavilion, have been completed, the company calculates a turnover of around thirty million euros.
“Our strategic commitment is based on seeking finalist land located in enclaves where there is a high and real demand for new-build housing and allows the development of attractive and unique projects; the plot that we have acquired in Granollers meets all these requirements”, points out Albert Martí, commercial director of the eastern territorial zone of Inbisa.
This promotion is part of the finalist land purchase strategy promoted last year by the promoter, with which it expects to deliver 600 homes per year over the next few years. In total, between the homes under development and those recently acquired, Inbisa has a portfolio of more than 820 homes.
The company continues to study the residential market, and focuses on secondary locations beyond Madrid and Barcelona, which, it says, have a strong demand and there is land availability.
