The socimi Home Capital Rentals has agreed to sell a building with 26 rental properties and two commercial premises in the city centre of Madrid for €18.5 million, as reported by the company to BME Growth.
Specifically, Home Capital has formalised an earnest money contract for the potential transaction, before the end of 2023, of the property located at number 20 Calle General Pardiñas, in the Goya neighbourhood, in the Salamanca district.
The company has received a deposit of around 1.9 million euros, i.e. 10% of the sale price.
This six-storey asset, which was acquired by Home Capital Rentals in March 2021 and has a surface area of more than 3,200 square metres, has a gym, coworking space and a rooftop terrace. The flats have between one and three bedrooms.
Home Capital is a socimi specialising in the purchase and refurbishment of residential buildings for leasing in the mid-market.
