Hipoges, a leading asset management and real estate services provider, has sold a total of 31 properties at auction in the Tenerife municipality of San Miguel de Abona for more than eight million euros.
The property was under auction for two months (from the end of April to the end of June). The 31 homes are part of the Residencial San Miguel de Abona, a residential development located in the south of the island of Tenerife, next to the San Miguel de Abona Environmental Reserve and very close to the renowned protected area of Montaña Amarilla.
In addition, it has a privileged location as it is less than 20 minutes by car from the Reina Sofia International Airport, which means a close connection to key points in Spain and Europe. It also offers space for other leisure and sporting activities.
The properties have finally been acquired by Manditur, a company dedicated to hotel management. They have between three and four bedrooms, depending on the property, as well as a living-dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a toilet. In addition, they are surrounded by large communal garden areas with swimming pools.
In the words of Marco Sales, Head of Real Estate Sales at Hipoges: "The company is committed to raising awareness of judicial auctions as another way of acquiring a property, making them more accessible to all investors and the general public through the traditional channels of publishing portals, specific marketing plans and a series of other actions".
Finally, the auction was officially closed in the last week of June when, within the mandatory period, the remaining amount was paid to complete 100% of the auction price.
