Habitat Inmobiliaria has acquired a new plot of land in Móstoles, within the PAU-4 sector "Móstoles Sur", which is one of the last plots available in that area. The company plans to invest more than 18 million euros in this land, which has an approximate surface area of 7,000 square meters and a buildable area of more than 5,200 square meters, where it plans to develop 44 single-family homes.
The location of the land offers connections to the center of Madrid both by road (M-50, A-5, R-5 and M-506) and by public transport, with accessibility to the Manuela Malasaña metro station and the Móstoles Central train station. Nearby amenities include schools, supermarkets and the Puerta Sur University Hospital. In addition, the plot is close to the Nelson Mandela Park, which has almost 200,000 square meters of green areas, two lakes and tree-lined sports trails.
“There is a great demand for housing in the Community of Madrid, and Móstoles is a very attractive area for our clients, as we could see with our previous development in the municipality, Habitat Pintor Velázquez. We are very pleased to reinforce our presence in Madrid, where we already have nine developments under development," said Angel Gutiérrez, Central Territorial Manager at Habitat Inmobiliaria.
This new property will be the second development of Habitat Inmobiliaria in Madrid, thus adding to its portfolio nine projects under development in the Community of Madrid. The company is also one of the largest land holders in the region, with more than one million square meters of land and a buildable area of more than 350,000 square meters, with the capacity to develop more than 25,000 homes. The developer has delivered ten developments in the last five years.
At the national level, the company, chaired by Juan María Nin and directed by José Carlos Saz, currently manages more than 45 developments and around 4,000 homes being marketed.
