Grupo GS has acquired the last development land in La Antilla, in the Huelva municipality of Lepe, to develop "Residencial GS Atlántic", a new residential development. The project, with an investment of 102 million euros, covers 123,000 square meters of land and is located near the beach of La Antilla - East and Santa Pura.
The development will have 330 two- and three-bedroom homes and large terraces. In addition, it will include common areas such as landscaped areas with swimming pool, solarium, gym, coworking area and parking spaces. The development will also offer a hotel and a social club, both with services for residents and visitors. The homes will have sea views and private access to the beach.
José Luis Vera Carrillo, president of Grupo GS, has highlighted the company's commitment to environmental preservation: "We will build this project with the utmost respect for the environment and the ecosystem, promoting a harmonious development between people and nature".
The new development is located in an environment that has certifications such as the Blue Flag and the “Q for Quality”, among others. The City Council of Lepe has also contributed to this sustainable approach through the selection of plant species adapted to the local environment. The acquisition of this land by Grupo GS is expected to generate more than 1,000 direct and indirect jobs and respond to the growing demand for sustainable and energy-efficient housing in the area.
