Grupo NiDra is managing a new development of 61 open-market homes, built under a cooperative model, in Brunete, in the Madrid region. The project, developed by the Greenhabitat El Pinar cooperative, will involve investment of €30 million. It is the company’s second scheme in the municipality and is located in Sector 1, known as Primera Corona, in the south of the town.
The development comprises two blocks with two, three and four-bedroom homes. All units are dual-aspect and have outdoor space, with terraces or gardens of up to 238 sqm. The 16 ground-floor homes have private gardens, while the nine penthouses include terraces and rooftop solariums.
The homes have open-plan living rooms and kitchens, and will be delivered with fitted kitchens and appliances. Each unit will also include a parking space and storage room. Communal areas will include landscaped gardens, a swimming pool and a children’s play area.
NiDra is already managing another development in Brunete of 74 basic-price public protection homes (VPPB), which also include parking spaces, storage rooms, a swimming pool and landscaped communal areas.
