Grupo Lar has completed the sale of two plots of finalist land in Sector 5, "Carretera de Burgos", of Valladolid's General Urban Development Plan. This transaction completes the commercialisation of residential land in one of the main expansion areas of the city.
The two plots include one for residential use with 4,813 sqm of land and 5,922 sqm buildable for collective housing, and another for private use with 2,574 sqm of land.
Grupo Lar acquired in 2018 a total of 31,378 sqm of buildable area in the same sector, positioning itself as the largest owner in the area. The company has led the development and urbanisation of the land, transforming it into finalist land. Through this process, the company facilitated the construction of 314 multi-family homes.
Among the projects developed by Grupo Lar are Lar Vereda, which offers 62 homes with options from one to four bedrooms in a private development with a swimming pool and communal areas, and Residencial Alisio, which has 66 homes for rent, ranging from studios to 3-bedroom flats, in a development with a swimming pool, paddle tennis courts and gymnasium.
With these latest transactions, Grupo Lar has completed the sale of all the residential plots in the sector, reaffirming its capacity to meet market demand through the development of the land required for real estate projects.
