Grupo GS is starting operations in the Valencia region with GS Les Arts, a residential development in the city’s Penya-roja district that will involve investment of €22 million. The project will have 24 one, two and three-bedroom homes and marks the developer’s first new-build scheme in the Valencian market, expanding its presence in Spain.
Penya-roja is an established residential area close to France Avenue, the Turia Gardens and the City of Arts and Sciences, with access to services and shops.
The homes will have terraces, home automation and energy efficiency features. Communal facilities will include a swimming pool, gym, garage and bicycle storage, while the penthouse will have its own private pool.
Construction is due to start in the second quarter of 2027, with a build period of 24 months and completion expected in the third quarter of 2029. The project will be officially presented to buyers on 28 October.
