Grupo Fogesa has completed the handover of 31 detached homes at Residencial Atlas, located in the PAU-4 area of Móstoles, Madrid. The development comprises three-bedroom homes with private gardens of around 50 sqm and roof terraces of more than 30 sqm.
During construction, buyers were able to customise selected finishes in their homes.
The delivery of Atlas completes the company’s residential handover programme for 2026 to date, following the completion of three other developments. At the same time, the group has continued to expand its development activity through new land acquisitions.
One such transaction was completed in Casarrubuelos, where Grupo Fogesa acquired a plot for the development of protected housing for €7.7 million. The acquisition adds to the company’s current land portfolio in the Madrid region, which comprises 445 homes at different stages of development.
Grupo Fogesa is therefore combining the delivery of completed residential projects with the addition of new land for future developments in the region during 2026.
