Grupo Egido has handed over 232 new-build homes comprising NovaPinto in Pinto; Natura Aranjuez 4 in Aranjuez; and phases 6 and 7 of NovaSeña in Seseña Nuevo (Toledo).
In Pinto, the company has completed NovaPinto, a development of 137 homes situated within the town centre. The residential complex features over 3,000 sqm of communal areas, including landscaped gardens, a swimming pool, a gym and a communal lounge with a kitchen. It also incorporates air-source heat pumps, photovoltaic energy support and underfloor heating and cooling, with an energy rating of A.
In Aranjuez, the handover of Natura Aranjuez 4 marks the completion of a residential development carried out in four phases. The homes have been oriented to maximise natural light and enhance the connection with the surroundings. The development also features communal areas and energy-efficient solutions, with an A energy rating.
Meanwhile, in Seseña Nuevo (Toledo), Grupo Egido has handed over phases 6 and 7 of NovaSeña, as part of a development that will exceed 500 homes. The project currently has nine phases under simultaneous construction and includes various types of one- and two-storey homes, with layouts featuring up to five bedrooms.
The developer has more than 300 homes under construction in the southern part of Madrid, with handover scheduled for between 2026 and 2027. Its activities are mainly concentrated in Seseña, Parla and San Martín de la Vega, and also extend to Pinto, Ciempozuelos, Illescas and Aranjuez.
