Grupo Cafe has launched Renaissance 1890 Lisboa, a new residential development in the heart of Lisbon combining the rehabilitation of a historic building with contemporary residential standards.
The project comprises a collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, spread across several floors, as well as commercial units at ground level. The development retains the building’s original architectural character, including its ornate façades, wrought-iron balconies and traditional proportions, while introducing modern interiors and upgraded building systems.
The apartments are designed around open-plan living areas connecting the living room, dining space and fully equipped kitchens. Selected units also benefit from balconies and terraces, extending the living spaces outdoors. The rehabilitation includes structural reinforcement with seismic protection, thermal and acoustic insulation, individual climate control, integrated security systems and home automation for lighting, blinds, air conditioning and video intercom.
The Renaissance 1890 Lisboa forms part of Grupo Cafe’s portfolio, adding a residential rehabilitation project to the group’s activities in the Lisbon property market.
