Socimi Gavari has sold its 'Coliving Carlos III' project for €5.53 million, the company informed BME Growth in a statement.
The asset is located on Calle Daoiz in the Madrid municipality of Getafe, opposite the Carlos III University, and has 38 homes and common areas distributed among its more than 2,430 square metres of built area.

The financing with Banco Pichincha will also be referenced to Euribor plus a margin of 2.5% per annum, the first twelve months being 5.85% fixed.
