Socimi Galil Capital has sold three buildings in Madrid and Barcelona for 18.29 million, as reported to BME Growth. The three properties are located at number 23 Béjar Street in Madrid, numbers 14-16 Bretón de los Herreros Street and numbers 4-6 Aulestia i Pijoan Street.
The company, which is 59.11% owned by the entrepreneur and founder of the Israeli cybersecurity company Check Point, Gil Avraham Shwed, has not disclosed either the buyer of the asset or the amount for which the transaction has been closed.
The Madrid asset is located at 23 Béjar Street and comprises 21 flats, four business premises and a storage room. The GLA currently amounts to 2,041 square metres. The building was purchased by Galil Capital at the end of 2017.
The assets located in Barcelona are the buildings located at numbers 14-16 of calle Bretón de los Herreros and at numbers 4-6 of calle Aulestia i Pijoan. The first has 11 homes and 4 premises, currently has a GLA of 1,287 square metres and was acquired by the company in October 2016. The second, which also has 11 homes, has 1,281 square metres of GLA and was also acquired in the autumn of the same year.
