The American investment fund manager Franklin Templeton enters the residential rentals in Spain with the purchase of a project in Barcelona from the promoter AQ Acentor.
Specifically, the manager has acquired the AQ Vallés development, which is made up of 83 protected rental homes located in the Barcelona municipality of Santa Perpetua de Moguda, for an amount of 17 million euros. The urbanization acquired has green areas, leisure areas, a swimming pool and a Breeam certificate.
The operation has been advised by the firms Andersen and CMS, as well as by RPE.
After recently completing the works on this development, the first families will move in before the end of the year. The promoter AQ Acentor, owned by the Aquila Capital group, will take on the marketing of the two and three-bedroom protected homes.
