Factum buys a residential building in Madrid's Salamanca neighbourhood

The Mexican capital investment vehicle has acquired a property in the Salamanca neighbourhood, which will house twelve luxury homes of between eighty and 150 square metres, with an average price of 14,000 euros per square metre.
