Exxacon Smart Living has begun handing over a residential development comprising 102 homes in the centre of Estepona, Málaga. The project has involved an investment of €37.54 million for the developer and is now fully sold out, with a predominantly international buyer profile.
The development, named Isidora Living, comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom flats and penthouses located in the town’s old quarter, around a fifteen-minute walk from La Rada beach.
The development features a range of communal facilities, including swimming pools for adults and children, a fully equipped gym, an outdoor barbecue area, children’s play areas and a space dedicated to co-working and co-living. Furthermore, the garage area is pre-wired for electric vehicle charging points.
This project is in addition to the company’s activities in the province of Málaga, where it currently has nine developments under construction, comprising a total of 568 homes and representing a total investment of €282 million.
Nationwide, the company has 18 active developments comprising 1,600 homes at various stages of construction across the Costa del Sol, Malaga city, the Community of Madrid, Seville, Valencia and Alicante. Throughout its history, the firm has developed a total of 48 property developments and over 2,900 homes.
