Excem Capital Partners Socimi, S.A. (Excem Sir) has announced the sale of two properties, located at 58 Hilarión Eslava Street and 28 Roma Street, in the Spanish capital.
The asset located at Calle Hilarión Eslava has been sold to a private individual for a total amount of 750,000 euros. As a result of the sale of this asset, the mortgage loan that the company held with Banco Santander with an outstanding balance of 204,310 euros, signed on 3 March 2017, has been cancelled.
On the other hand, regarding the property located in Roma Street, the sale was made to a private individual for a total amount of one million euros. As a result of the sale of the asset, the mortgage loan that the company held with Banco de Sabadell with an outstanding balance of 473,061 euros, subscribed on 27 December 2018, has been cancelled.
