Excem Capital Partners Sociedad de Inversión Residencial Socimi (Excem Sir) has sold two properties in the city of Madrid for a total of €1.275 million, the company, which specialises in the coliving of shared flats for students and young professionals, has informed BME Growth.
Specifically, Excem Sir has closed the sale to a private individual of a property at number 9 Calle de la Colegiata, in the Embajadores neighbourhood, in the Centro district. The transaction, which was carried out for 725,000 euros, generated a capital gain for the company of 143,500 euros.
The Socimi also sold a property at number 63 Calle Cea Bermúdez, in the Gaztambide neighbourhood, in the Chamberí district, to another private individual for 550,000 euros. In this case, the capital gain generated was around 145,700 euros.
As a result of these transactions, Excem Sir, which at the end of June sold three other properties in the centre of Madrid for almost 2.3 million euros, has cancelled two mortgage loans it had with Abanca and Caja Laboral-Kutxa.
