Excem Capital Partners Sociedad de Inversión Residencial Socimi (Excem Sir) has sold a total of nine flats in the city centre of Madrid for a total of 5.74 million euros, generating net capital gains of 746,755 euros, the company chaired by David Hatchwell informed BME Growth on Wednesday.
Specifically, the properties are located in Bailén 49 (Centro district), Bordadores 4 (Centro), Cea Bermúdez (Chamberí), Conde de Romanones 13 (Centro), Doctor Esquerdo 16 (Salamanca), Doctor Esquerdo 20 (Salamanca), Ventura Rodriguez 11 (Moncloa-Aravaca), Hermosilla 118 (Salamanca) and Don Ramón de la Cruz 100 (Salamanca).
Excem Sir is a company specialising in the coliving of shared flats for students and young professionals. Its largest shareholder is Germina Finance (36.1% of the share capital at 30 June 2023), a company wholly owned by Mauricio Botton, director of the socimi and grandson of the founder of Danone, Isaac Carasso.
