Calle San Bernardo, Madrid
The Socimi Excem took advantage of the month of August to transfer two homes located on Calle San Bernardo and Calle Aviación Española in the capital to two private investors.
The total amount of the transactions has reached almost 1,2 million euros, which has allowed the real estate investment vehicle to cancel the mortgage loans on the properties and obtain net capital gains close to 150,000 euros for both transfers, as reported by Excem to BME Growth.
The homes, which were already in the Socimi's portfolio when it was launched on the stock exchange three years ago, have an area of around 150 sqm and have 13 rooms.
So far this summer, this is the second divestment carried out by the company focused on the coliving regime of shared flats for students and young professionals. Already at the beginning of June, the company transferred a house also located in Madrid, on Vallehermoso street, for 590,000 euros. It was a property of about 190 sqm and six rooms, for which it obtained a net capital gain of about 140,000 euros.
