The company Ecogc Investment is preparing to invest between 25 million and 30 million euros in Portuguese real estate, in various real estate projects. João Pedro Pereira, a partner in the company, announced that the various projects are at different stages, and that this amount should be applied until mid-2025.
In Porto, the investment will reach 16 million euros, for the rehabilitation of buildings for apartments. The company's investors are Asian capitals, not only from China, but also from other regions. The partner stressed that the company invests in real estate while respecting the history of the cities.
João Pedro Pereira emphasized the natural and normal demands in these circumstances, because these are very old buildings that are being rehabilitated, often in areas that may also have historical vestiges that have to be catalogued and identified
Ecogc has two student residence projects in Évora
The manager also added that Ecogc has several projects in Évora, two of which are student residences. Still in Évora, the company also has a larger project that will include a hotel and a group of apartments that will, in principle, also be managed by the hotel, he said.
Four years ago, Ecogc Investment moved to Portugal and currently has 10 employees. The company hires services from various fields, including construction, architecture, among others.
