Diglo has completed the delivery of two new developments, Domus Aqua in Segovia and Arga Bidea in Pamplona, which bring together 133 residential and tertiary use properties, according to the servicer.
The Domus Aqua development, located in the south-east of Segovia, is made up of 80 two, three or four-bedroom homes with garage and storage room. The complex has a gymnasium, club room and children's playroom, bicycle room, paddle tennis court, swimming pool and landscaped areas. It also has 15 professional offices, 13 of which are still available.
For its part, Arga Bidea, located in the Erripagaña development, consists of 38 two to four-bedroom homes with storage room and car park. The development has large terraces and ground floor apartments with gardens, as well as communal garden areas with a swimming pool, gymnasium and a multi-purpose community hall.
The value of these transactions amounts to 29.7 million euros: 18.9 million in the case of Segovia and 10.8 million in the case of Pamplona.
Javier Román, director of Diglo's real estate asset management and marketing (REO) area, defended that "Diglo is finalising this project, which is part of our aim to promote the modernisation of the housing stock that meets the highest quality standards".
