The promoter of Oaktree, Culmia, has closed the sale of a coliving to Socimi Home Rentals for 6.8 million euros, through the Addmeet portal.
The asset is Calle Pujades, 279, in the 22@ neighborhood of Barcelona. It has 2,073 sqm built, distributed over 6 floors with 17 dwellings and 2 premises. In the basement it has 9 parking spaces for cars, 24 for motorcycles and 17 storage rooms. In regard to sustainability certification the building has the BREEAM seal.
The building has been designed for corporate rentals, with services such as: playground, personal training and yoga room and community terrace.
"The effective formalization of the acquisition of the asset is subject to the prior waiver by the Barcelona City Council of the right of first refusal on the land", reveals the company.
The Home Rental portfolio is made up of 11 assets: 7 in the city of Madrid and 4 in Barcelona. The Socimi is owned by different national family offices and specializes in residential buildings dedicated to corporate seasonal rental. It has an accumulated investment of more than 60 million.
