Cordia, a real estate developer with a history of more than 20 years and a member of the Futureal Group, celebrates the laying of the first stone of the Jade Tower Fuengirola project through a private act together with the directors of the company, its partners and collaborators. The act took place this Wednesday, June 15, in the surroundings of the plot of this luxury residential.
After obtaining the building permit, construction began on one of the most anticipated projects on the Costa del Sol. Jade Tower is being built on one of the last free plots on the city's coastal strip, just 100 meters away from the Mediterranean Sea. The complex will consist of 116 high-end 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses with large terraces or private gardens, and their own storage room and garage space.
"We are proud to have started the construction of our first luxury residence in Spain. Our clients can be sure that, when buying any of the Jade Tower Fuengirola apartments, they are acquiring a modern property, with long-term value, comfortable, sustainably built and highly energy efficient," said Tibor Földi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cordia International.
Jade Tower Fuengirola is a sustainable and highly energy-efficient building that will be built with the international BREEAM seal, the world's leading sustainability assessment method for planning, infrastructure and building projects. In addition, as a commitment to innovation and technology, the residential complex will have its own application for smartphones, which will allow residents to use all the services offered by Jade Tower such as a gym, coworking, spa, cinema, and gastro-bar.
Cordia managers expressed their gratitude for the reception of Jade Tower since its launch and their satisfaction with the results obtained, thus meeting the objectives set by the company.
Likewise, during the event, the director of Cordia in Spain and Romania, Mauricio Mesa, announced the promoter's next destination: Marbella. "It will be a different concept of the highest quality, adapted to the demand of said locality", assured Mesa.
