Cooper by Gestilar, the brand of the group of real estate companies led by Javier García-Valcárcel that has been developing cooperative projects since 2022, has planned more than 6,300 homes and delivered 3,500 units to date. A volume that it is consolidating with the recent acquisition of 2,600 square metres of buildable land in the Arturo Soria neighbourhood of Madrid to begin construction of its third cooperative project, called 'Cooper by Gestilar Arturo Soria'.
The project comprises 21 new-build homes that will be distributed in a three-storey building and ground floor apartments with private gardens, with options of between two and three bedrooms and all of them with terraces, parking spaces and storage rooms. The communal areas will also include a swimming pool, outdoor gym area, green areas, coworking space and smart mailboxes.
This project is characterised by the Gestilar brand standards in terms of architecture and design. According to the company, special attention is paid to safety and sustainability, including energy certification A and ventilated facades with finishes in ceramic or stone materials to improve thermal and acoustic insulation. The windows will be aluminium or PVC with thermal break. The interior of the homes will include fully equipped kitchens with top brand appliances and furnished, and bathrooms with ceramic or large-format mineral tiling.
In terms of technology, the homes will include advanced systems such as automatic fire detection, basic home automation, automatic low energy LED lighting, underfloor heating/cooling and cross ventilation systems to maximise comfort.
