Conren Tramway is committed to luxury residential development in Barcelona. The company has launched Gloria Diagonal, a new project located on Avenida Diagonal, close to the well-known 22@ technology district. This residential complex will have two towers of fourteen and twelve storeys with a total of 100 homes, with prices starting at 800,000 euros for two-bedroom units.
The design is by the Office of Architecture of Barcelona (OAB), which has integrated 1,300 square metres of communal areas, including three terraces with infinity pools and panoramic views from the sea to the Sagrada Familia. The flats available range from one to four bedrooms, all with private terraces.
A focus on sustainability is a cornerstone of the project, seeking to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification and the highest energy rating (AA). The complex offers not only luxury residences, but also amenities such as a spa with heated pool, sauna and hamman, plus a social club with spaces adapted for meetings and private events. There are also playgrounds and children's areas designed for families.
Conren Tramway has expanded its portfolio from the office market to the residential and logistics markets, managing more than 400,000 square metres in various projects, consolidating its position as a leading firm in the Spanish real estate sector.
