Colonial sells Madnum's 374 rental homes to Bankinter for €130M

The socimi, which announced in 2022 that it was looking for partners for the residential part of the Madrid project, has closed the sale of the residential units of the Madrid complex located in Méndez Álvaro to Palatino Inversor, the financial institution's investment vehicle.
