Cofinimmo has purchased a turnkey project for 13 million euros in Tomares, located in the Andalusian region.
The new asset will have a total area of about 8,400 square meters, with capacity for 180 spaces. The works will begin in July of this year and the delivery of the residence is expected for the third quarter of 2024, according to BrainsRe.
The residence will obtain an “A” energy rating and a Breeam Excellent certificate.
Grupo Reifs will be the operator, which has signed a triple-net1 lease contract for a period of 30 years, indexed to the Spanish CPI. Reifs manages 16 properties throughout Andalusia, with more than 1,250 residents.
