Cima Proyectos has completed construction of Residencial Venus, a development of 124 price-capped public protection homes (VPPL) in Parla Este, in the Madrid region. The scheme, developed and managed by Grupo Fogesa as a cooperative, is at the junction of Calle Planeta Venus and Calle Constelación Auriga. With this delivery, Cima Proyectos has completed six projects in 2026.
The two and three-bedroom homes have terraces, and some unit types include a storage room and parking space. The building has an aerothermal system for hot water, as well as underfloor heating and cooling.
The gated development includes a swimming pool, multi-sports court, social lounge, children’s play area and landscaped gardens, as well as bicycle parking and a pet-washing station.
The project comes in a local market where the average asking price for open-market homes for sale reached €2,332 per sqm in September, according to Idealista.
