Brookfield acquires Fidere from Blackstone for €1.05bn

The portfolio, marketed as Project Cibeles, comprises approximately 5,200–5,300 rental homes across 47 residential buildings, primarily located in the Community of Madrid, with occupancy levels close to 98% and the vast majority of units operating in the open market.
