Behike Capital has finalised the purchase of a plot of land ready for development in Turia Nova, Valencia, to develop a new residential project, according to Eje Prime. The plot has a buildable area of 8,810 sqm and is situated in one of the city’s main urban development zones, according to information provided by the company.
The acquisition was made directly from a private owner and forms part of the company’s growth strategy in markets with demand for new-build homes for primary residences.
The plot is situated in Turia Nova, an area where the urban development is fully completed, featuring schools, sports facilities, well-established amenities and over 65,000 sqm of green spaces.
The project will be developed entirely on a build-to-sell basis and will involve a total investment of €30 million, covering both the acquisition of the land and the construction of the development. The company plans to build a 15-storey block of flats comprising approximately 89 homes.
The units will have an average floor area of around 98 sqm, and the project will be designed by the architectural practice Cano y Escario. The development will be financed through a standard developer financing scheme, combining the company’s own funds with bank financing.
The management company aims to begin marketing the properties in the fourth quarter of 2026. Property prices will start from €350,000, according to the details included in the transaction.
