The Mexicans Be Grand and La Finca, together with Admara Capital, have purchased Padilla 66, a luxury residential project located in Madrid's Barrio de Salamanca.
The operation, advised by TC Gabinete Inmobiliario, has involved an outlay of more than 25 million euros, and includes the building permit for a project initially promoted by Riverdale Consulting, which will involve the complete rehabilitation of a building built in the 1930s, with a constructed area of 3,600 sqm.
Maintaining the façades, which are protected, the remodeling project will allow the number of dwellings to be increased to a total of 25 units, distributed in typologies of one, two, three and four bedrooms, with duplex penthouses and ground floor apartments with a terrace; as well as providing the building with a private underground car park with 36 spaces for cars and 15 for motorcycles, and storage rooms.
Integrating nature into the spaces, most homes will have a greenhouse inside, which will provide greater warmth and oxygen to the environment.
Padilla 66 will also have an exclusive private garden of 290 sqm, with large green areas, a swimming pool and a gym exclusively for residents. And its promoters assure that it will have the Breeam energy certificate.
The commercialization of the property, with prices ranging between 600,000 and 1.5 million euros, will be carried out by La Finca.
