Complex acquired in December by Azora

Azora maintains its dynamism in build-to-rent. The Spanish company has closed the acquisition of 250 homes for rent in the municipality of Valdemoro (Madrid), according to Brainsrenews.

The seller is the developer Emergie, which has bought a 20,000-square-meter plot of land to build the residential complex, which will have a swimming pool, paddle tennis court and a coworking space. The complex is located 25 minutes by car from the center of Madrid.

Azora already closed in December the purchase of 439 rental homes from ASG Homes in the municipality of Entrenúcleos (Seville). Likewise, in 2021, it bought developments in El Cañaveral and Alcalá de Henares from Aedas Homes with 160 and 128 units, respectively. Azora develops these projects through its Lazora platform.
