Avantespacia will invest around €65 million in the development of 117 homes next to Parque Central in Valencia, within one of the city centre’s urban regeneration areas.
The project, known as Parc Central II, will comprise 51 two-bedroom flats, 54 three-bedroom flats and 12 penthouses with between two and four bedrooms. The complex will also feature 173 parking spaces, 55 of which will not be allocated to specific flats, and storage rooms for all units.
The residential complex will have over 1,000 sqm of communal areas, including a swimming pool, gardens, a children’s play area, a gym and a multi-purpose room with a co-working space. The flats will feature terraces connected to the living room and layouts designed to maximise natural light and ensure a seamless flow between the kitchen and the living area.
The building will feature a communal photovoltaic system, air-source heat pump systems for domestic hot water production, and thermal and acoustic insulation solutions.
The development will be situated near the Town Hall square and the València Nord and València Joaquín Sorolla stations, which serve as hubs for the city’s conventional and high-speed rail connections. It will also be within easy reach of facilities, services and shopping areas in the centre of Valencia.
