Atland Voisin has acquired four care homes in Portugal, located in Braga, Santarém, Leiria and Coimbra, for €22,6 million.
This portfolio was acquired by two funds managed by Atland Voisin, in a sale and leaseback transaction, which involved various legal and operational preparations to ensure the continued operation of the assets.
SCPI Épargne Pierre Sophia acquired a facility in Santarém for €3.5 million. SCPI Épargne Pierre Europe invested €13.4 million in assets in Braga and Coimbra, followed by a €5.7 million acquisition in Leiria.
CMS Portugal advised Atland Voisin on this transaction, providing legal support throughout the process, notably during the legal due diligence phase, in the incorporation of branches in Portugal and in assisting with the negotiation of all transaction documents.
