New residential and mixed-use project in the capital of the Turia. AQ Acentor has acquired a residential land in the metropolitan area of Valencia, located in Burjassot, to build two 30-storey residential towers with more than 400 homes. In addition, the project, which has an investment of 160 million euros, will include a third non-residential tower for various uses such as hotel, health and university, among others.
This project, which follows the development of the Turianova neighbourhood in the Valencian capital, marks the closing of an investment in finalist land after months of negotiations. The company has counted on Andersen as legal advisor in this operation.
Abdías Vivo, General Investment Director of AQ Acentor, highlights the strategic location of the land, located opposite the Valencia Conference Centre and within walking distance of the Avenida de las Cortes. This location is connected to the city of Valencia, just 15 minutes away by metro.
According to Sergio Gálvez, CEO of AQ Acentor, "betting on Burjassot is betting on Valencia. Since 2018, we have developed more than 1,600 homes, both free and subsidised. The metropolitan area of Valencia is a priority investment target within our national growth strategy, and this recent acquisition in Burjassot will allow us to continue contributing to the development of the Valencian residential market with more than 400 homes in the coming years as part of an iconic project for Burjassot and for Valencia in general".
